Reserve Your Spot in the Visitor Program
Our 2020 programs were cancelled due to coronavirus, but we are watching the CDC guidelines and will resume programming once it is deemed safe to do so (likely in late spring or summer of 2021!).
But, if you are excited and want to take the next step now, you don’t have to wait to save your spot in a visitor program! Even while your application is in review by our team, you can pay now to hold your spot in case you are accepted. If Dancing Rabbit cancels the program (due to COVID or other reasons) OR your application is not accepted, we will refund you the full amount of your deposit. If accepted, you will get another chance to return to this form and reserve your spot.
If you are accepted and you later decide not to attend, here is the refund policy (payments are refundable based on the how much notice we are given should you cancel your visit):
2 or more months notice – 75%
1 to 2 months – 50%
2 weeks to 1 month – 25%
less than 2 weeks – 0%
