To Prepare for the Gathering
This will be a gentle, participatory experience. You may want to bring:
• A journal or paper and pen for a few reflective moments
• A quiet, comfortable space where you can relax and fully participate
During the gathering we’ll share guided reflection, connection with other women, and a powerful visualization to help you reset and step into the season ahead.
