Cancellations more than 30 days before the workshop or program begins:- 100% refund minus processing fees of all payments received, including deposit
- Payments may alternatively be deferred towards a future workshop or program through the Center for Sustainable & Cooperative Culture at Dancing Rabbit Ecovillage. Deferred payments remain 100% refundable.
Cancellations between 15 days and 30 days before the workshop or program begins:
- 75% refund minus processing fees of all payments received, including deposit
- Payments may alternatively be deferred towards a future workshop or program through the Center for Sustainable & Cooperative Culture at Dancing Rabbit Ecovillage. Deferred payments remain 75% refundable.
Cancellations in the 15-day period before the workshop or program begins, or after the event begins:
- There are no refunds for cancellations or withdrawals within this period. However, in certain circumstances, we may extend partial credit towards a future workshop or program through the Center for Sustainable & Cooperative Culture at Dancing Rabbit Ecovillage.
Deferred payments are good for 3 years.
