You will begin your days with early morning yoga and meditations practices and then get to experience a variety of other classes and yoga opportunities. From ecstatic dance, and group acupuncture to lessons on massage you will have a rich full weekend of growth and learning.

Your Yoga teachers will be doing classes that include Goddess Yoga, Yoga Fundamentals, Kundalini Yoga and even classes on how to make yoga part of your daily practice.  With fireside evening ceremonies, dips in our natural pond, land walks and journaling these weekend events will be a perfect way to reset your inner balance and connect deeper with your body.

Liz is thrilled to have become the owner and director of Yoga Sol in 2016. The practices of asana, meditation, mantra, and mudra have inspired her ability to hold space for the joys and sorrows of life. Liz welcomes and encourages beginning students through one one classes and public yin yoga. She inspires experienced students to explore the roots of Yoga and keep the practices alive through Yoga Teacher Training, continuing education workshops, mentorship, and intermediate public classes. Ultimately, Liz's goal is to create space for people to realize their inherent worth and self healing capacity.

Dianna is a student and teacher of meditation and movement techniques with more than 35 years of experience. Her quest for knowledge and guidance have led to areas of study in the modalities of Natural and Energy Medicine, Holistic Wellness, Shamanism, and the study of Polycultural Spirituality; The coexistence of ancient and contemporary cultures, the pursuit of spiritual development, the blending of ritual and practice, and a trauma informed approach are the cornerstones of her teaching.

Meals provided from dinner on arrival day through lunch on departure day.

Dancing Rabbit’s eco-cafe and B&B, the Milkweed Mercantile, will be preparing all of the course meals – and really good food is their specialty! We can work with a range of dietary needs – let us know your particulars when you fill out the registration form. Please note that we will do our best to accommodate different dietary needs but cannot guarantee that we will be able to, and you may need to bring supplemental food.

The event fee includes camping accommodations, which includes shower and composting toilet access. Some tent platforms will be available.

Indoor accommodations are available to rent during the event for an additional fee. We have several options: rooms in cabins, private homes, and the bed & breakfast. Email us after you register to see what’s still available.

3 Day Yoga Retreat Event Cost: $597

This fee is all-inclusive and covers: instructor fees, food, tent platforms, showers, composting toilet, wifi, access to our common house as well as our 280 acre property with swimming ponds and walking trails.

If you’re not driving, you’ll need to make arrangements to take a plane or train to one of the towns near our community. We will arrange for a car to pick you up and take you back at the right times for a $60 fee. Before making travel reservations, make sure that you have confirmed your spot in our program, and that you have checked in with our Correspondent to confirm the details; he can tell you the most reliable and affordable way to get here. We have hosted hundreds of visitors over the years and we know the routine – you don’t need to reinvent the wheel!
