The whole motley crew
Bringing It Home
In this issue we bring it down to the personal
level—where you take your convictions and translate them into every
day choices. At Dancing Rabbit we're organized as a community around
various agreements about resource use, conservation, construction
materials, and so on. But there is always more we can do: Sara
shares a
variety of Rabbits' perspectives on the challenges of being eco when
traveling; Tony
speculates on how to take DR's
efforts to the next
level; Dan
reminds us what is at stake;
Tamar takes a page from the carbon
offset industry's playbook; and Liat reminds us that words cannot
say everything.
On a related note, we've just finished our annual
retreat, which brought almost all of us home to be here together for some
serious introspection into our current pathways, progress made, and
improvements to strive for. We only lacked Tom and Tereza from the bunch,
and despite their keenly missed influence, our group photo above represents
the largest group of Rabbits yet. Thanks for sharing the ride!
