If you intend to arrive at Dancing Rabbit by car, let us know and we'll give you directions. However, we can also pick you up at the bus station, airport, or train station (we heartily encourage trying Amtrak, and we're conveniently located near three major train routes). When scheduling your trip, keep in mind we may have over an hour to drive to pick you up, so you should let us know before you book your ticket. If we can coordinate your arrival and departure with the travels of others it can be easier for us all. Also, arriving at the airport at 6 am or 11 pm can really tire us out, so please take that into account. We've got lots of info on transit schedules available, but in general, keep in mind that you can take the bus into Ottumwa, IA or Quincy, IL, the train into Ottumwa, Quincy, or LaPlata, MO, or fly into Ottumwa or Quincy.

Depending on the season you visit, you may encounter sunny days or stormy nights, gentle breezes or (heaven forfend) ice storms. Simply put, Missouri has a four-season climate and won't let you forget it! For more detail, read about the weather here.
